Dr Jonathan Jeff BDS(Otago)
Jonathan is a member of the British Academy Of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD) and is the principle of the practice, having purchased it from the retiring couple Dan and Sam Smith in September 2008.
I enjoy helping improve people's confidence in themselves by transforming their smiles! It's so amazing that this can be done in so many ways. From the simplest things like providing a denture; to an all-on-four implant case, which is where you walk in with a denture in the morning and have four implants placed, then walk out with an implant bridge the same day. I'm currently doing a year's implant course in Harley Street. I also like to freshen people's faces with wrinkle reduction and facial rejuvenation. Root canal treatment is fine by me! Gentle injections to minimise your discomfort is top priority for me. There's rarely a tooth I'm unable to take out, from impacted wisdom teeth, to teeth that are broken off at gum level - they are all usually quick and easy for me.
I really enjoy treating patients as my guests and offering the same services to them, as I would to my own mother. You're an individual to me with your own fears, concerns and expectations; I'm here to listen to you, respect your wishes and to collaborate with you the best way to help you in your individual circumstances, giving you the full range of options. In the end you're the one with the complete control.

Dr Alex Gordon BDS(Glasgow)
Alex qualified from the University of Glasgow and has been in general
practice for over 25 years.
Over that period of time he has amassed a vast clinical experience
being involved with everything from general dentistry to dental
hypnosis, sedation , acupuncture, homeopathic dentistry, dental implants
, orthodontics , prosthodontics and dental photography. He is currently
midway through a Prosthodontic Masters at the prestigious Kings Dental
Institute in London.
Alex is a highly motivated ethical individual with a strong passion for
his work and profession. He has a very patient friendly patient
orientated approach and prides himself on a superior standard of care
and excellent results.
His hobbies include sailing , astronomy , photography , playing the
piano and keep- fit
Having spent some years practicing in Italy he is also fluent in

Dr Afsaneh (Sam) Smith BDS(London)
Sam sold Dental Health Care in September 2008 and looking to solely focus on her passion for cosmetic dentistry. Sam is still going to be available for smile makeovers only
Sam has reached advanced level on the Aesthetic Advantage Continuum and is among the most highly trained cosmetic dentists in the country. She has worked with some of the leading cosmetic dentists in the world such as "Dentist to the Stars" Larry Rosenthal in New York and "10 Years Younger Dentist" Surinder Hundle. Afsaneh is an instructor at the International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics (IAAFA) where she trains dentists in the latest cosmetic techniques. She is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD).
Dr Afsaneh Smith is a mother of 3, she enjoys time with her family and going to the gym.

Dr Daniel Smith BDS(London)
Dan sold Dental Health Care in September 2008 and is slowly winding down and cutting down his days in the practice.
Award-winning dentist Daniel has trained extensively in many areas of dentistry with particular emphasis in the fields of endodontics, implants, and occlusion. His focus is on treating nervous patients and those who are in need of major dental treatment. He is also an endodontic (root filling) referral practitioner and tackles difficult root canal treatments that have been referred by other dentists in the area.
Dan is a father of 1, he enjoys Go-Karting, playing tennis, swimming, and long walks.

Dr Guy McLellan
Guy is a maxillofacial surgeon and a dental implant surgeon. He is doubly qualified in dentistry and medicine and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has over 15 years hospital experience including training in ENT and plastic surgery and is a consultant at Charing Cross Hospital where he runs the dental implant clinic.
His experience in implants dates back to 1994 and includes extra-oral implants to retain facial cosmesis/reconstruction following facial cancer surgery as well as intra-oral cancer rehabilitation and facial deformities such as cleft lip and palate. He continues to work as a member of the Cranio Facial team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
He is a mentor for Nobel Biocare and is actively involved in Implant education. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, the European Association of Osseointegration, and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Guy is one of the leading UK surgeons for the placement of All-on-4 implants and zygoma implants.
Guy is a father of 3 and enjoys skiing.

Vicki Jones
Vicki has been part of the team since 2005 and has witnessed the many positive changes to the practice.
Vicki is the practice Smile Advisor; she is here to ensure that everyone has a great experience at the practice from their first visit to the end of their treatment. Vicki offers complimentary consultations to find out each individual needs and discusses the different treatment options to suit each person.
Vicki is also responsible for the running of reception and training new staff on administration skills. She has also had some nursing experience but prefers to be at reception.
In her spare time Vicki enjoys going out for meals, reading, and doing home improvements.

Nipa Patel
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Nipa worked with us on a temporary basis throughout November and December 2009, then on from there in January 2010 has become a permanent member of our team. Nipa was born in India, and qualified as a dentist in March 2006. She then studied in the UK for a further two years and simultaneously worked as a Dental Nurse to get experience of the UK's dentistry.
Nipa has worked as a locum in many practices and around London as a hygienist and dental therapist which was a valuable experience, she also has hospital experience from working at Guy's and St Thomas Hospital in London.
Nipa moved to the UK in June 2006 with her husband and is currently living in London. She has family in India who she likes to visit at least once a year. When Nipa isn't working she enjoys reading and travelling to many different places.

"I find people in the UK are well mannered, soft spoken, helpful and polite which attracts me to stay here longer. As a hygienist it is my job to ensure patients know all about looking after their teeth and gums to maintain a healthy bacteria free mouth. I am always gentle in my work, which includes cleaning, polishing, oral hygiene advice, monitoring gum health and helping patients to clean areas in their mouth that they struggle to reach themselves. I like to treat my patients as I would my family"

Wendy Turner
RESTORATIVE AND PERIODONTAL SPECIALIST
Wendy is a Specialist in Restorative Dentistry and a Consultant at the London School of Medicine and Dentistry where she is also Centre Lead for Adult Oral Health. She is a Fellow of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons and completed the Specialist Training programme in Restorative Dentistry in 2004. Wendy is on the General Dental Council list of recognised specialists in Periodontology and Restorative Dentistry. She has an active role within the British Society of Periodontology and has sat on the Council for the last three years. She is also a passionate academic and has been actively involved with the training of Hygienists, Dentists, and Periodontists for over 10 years.

Jess Ward
Jess is the longest standing member of the team. She has been with us since 2004 and is our head nurse.
Jess is a qualified dental nurse and is responsible for the nursing team and training new members in the surgeries. As well as assisting in general dentistry, Jess has also worked alongside periodontists, implantologists, orthodontists and usually nurses for all the cosmetic treatments done at dental health care.
In her spare time, Jess is learning to scuba dive, enjoys the outdoors, going for long walks and trips to Cornwall

Gemma Deller
Gemma joined the team in September 2008 and is currently studying for her dental nursing qualification. You will usually find Gemma working in the surgery alongside Dr Jeff she enjoys helping nervous patients during their treatment.
In her spare time Gemma enjoys reading, socialising, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Rebecca Harding
Rebecca joined our team in November 2009 as a trainee dental nurse and
will be attending college to complete her dental nurse qualification
next year. She works along side Alex Gordon and is really enjoying
learning all about dentistry.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys going to the gym and socialising with
friends and family.

Emma Helps
Emma joined the team in May 09 as a receptionist. She will go on to train as a Dental Nurse in the future.
Emma has been studying Drama at college and awaits her final results.
In her spare time Emma plays netball for a team called ASCO, who are based in Turnford, she also enjoys shopping and socialising and is also learning to drive.
