New Patients
Dental health is currently accepting new patients to the practice. We are private practice offering affordable dentistry and do not offer treatment on the NHS.
Your journey as a new patient:
Stage one:
Contacting Dental Health Care, Hertford:
Please contact the practice and speak to one of our friendly team members who will schedule an appointment for you. We will need to take details from you and will then send you a letter to confirm the appointment.
Stage two:
The complimentary consultation:
You may arrange a complimentary appointment with Vicki our Smile Advisor, if there are treatments and options you would like to discuss before seeing a dentist.
Vicki is a knowledgeable and friendly team member who will be able to advise you not only on the options available to you, but the fees associated with each treatment option.
If you wish to schedule an appointment with a dentist Vicki will then take photographs and gather vital information for the dentist you are seeing.
Stage three:
Your assessment with the dentist:
This will take 45 minutes if you require general dentistry. If you wish to have clear braces, implants or a smile makeover the initial assessment will take around one hour.
Stage four:
Treatment:
We pride ourselves on making your appointments with us as comfortable as possible you may take breaks whenever you wish and enjoy a choice of refreshments.
