    How To Find Us
    • By road – we have a large car park located at the back of the building.
    • By rail – Hertford East train station is a 5 minute walk away, the station is located behind Tesco supermarket, if you make your way to the main road in front of Tesco, this then being on your right hand side, continue to stay on the right side and walk down Ware Road, our practice is clearly signed posted.
    • By bus – we have a bus stop located right outside the front of our practice on the Ware Road.

    We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, at the time they arise with the person concerned, If your problem cannot be sorted this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible.

    We will ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly, when investigating your complaint, we shall aim to:

    • Find out what happened and what went wrong.
    • Enable you to discuss the problem with those concerned; if you would like this;
    • Ensure you receive an apology, where this is appropriate;
    • Identify what we can do to make sure the problem does not happen again.
